HOW THE TRIP GETS BUILT
TWO NIGHTS
OR AS LONG AS YOU LIKE
No two clubs want the same trip. Some come for a weekend of football and are home by Sunday night; some take the extra night and make a proper break of it; some build a week around a city and a stadium. Most tours run three to seven nights, and a tailor-made one runs to whatever length suits your squad and the way you are travelling.
Two nights
A tournament weekend
The short version. Your club travels up on the Friday, plays across Saturday and Sunday, and is home Sunday night. A hotel or a holiday park, everyone in one place.
Families book and pay for their own places on one share link, so nobody at the club is collecting money or running a rooming list.
- Tournament entry
- Accommodation for the whole club
- Fixtures across both days
- Medals and finals
Three nights
The holiday-park weekend
The one most clubs book, and the shape the English Easter Cup runs. The extra night is the difference between a fixture list and a holiday: nobody is packing the car while the medals are still being handed out, and the evening after the finals belongs to the club.
The park does the rest — pools, arcades, the beach, an evening bar with the whole club in it. Half the reason clubs come back is the hours between the matches.

A week
A city, a stadium and a tournament
Arrive into Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham or London — and plenty of groups land in London, take a few days there, then travel up for the football. Your coach is waiting at arrivals and the trip is organised from that moment.
In between the fixtures there is a city to see: a stadium tour at Old Trafford, the Etihad or Anfield, excursions built into the itinerary rather than sold on the day, and a squad that comes home having done more than play football.

Ten nights and up
Tailor-made, to any length
Longer trips are built one at a time. There is no fixed itinerary and no set number of nights — it runs for as long as suits your squad and the way you are travelling, whether that is ten nights or considerably more.
This is where the football gets serious alongside everything else: sessions we arrange with professional coaches and clubs, a fixture programme against sides at your level, and a destination chosen because you want to play there rather than because it was on a list.

HOWEVER YOU TRAVEL
Drive up the day before the football starts. Everything from the moment you park is ours.
BY ROAD, FROM ANYWHERE IN THE UK
Most clubs drive. Coaches, minibuses and a convoy of parents' cars, arriving the day before the football starts.
BY FERRY, FROM IRELAND
Dublin to Holyhead puts you about an hour from the North Wales coast, which is why the Easter Cup works so well from Ireland — with Rosslare to Fishguard as the southern crossing. We can also collect the squad by coach from your own region and include the ferry, so the trip starts at the clubhouse rather than the port.
THROUGH THE TUNNEL, FROM EUROPE
Calais to Folkestone for clubs bringing their own coach across.
BY AIR, FROM ANYWHERE
Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and London are the usual arrivals, but we are not closed to any airport. Your coach meets the group at arrivals, and a Revel rep can be there too if you would rather be met by a person than a placard.
